96xb Terms and Conditions

By using the 96xb ("Platform", "we", "our") website and related services, you ("user", "member", "you") are considered to have agreed to these terms and conditions ("Terms"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the 96xb platform.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the 96xb platform. These Terms are written for users in Bangladesh.

The 96xb platform provides online gaming, sports betting, live casino, slots, and other gaming services for users in Bangladesh. We use SSL encryption technology to ensure the security of your information and transactions.

To create and use an account on 96xb, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

2.2 Accuracy of Information

If false or misleading information is provided, the account may be immediately closed and deposited funds and bonuses may be forfeited. 96xb reserves the right to verify identity in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.

It is entirely your responsibility to ensure the security of your account. Never share your login credentials (username and password) with any third party.

• If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify 96xb support immediately.
• You are personally responsible for all bets, transactions, and activities carried out from your account.
• Change your password regularly and do not use passwords that are easy to guess.
• If you log in from a public or shared device, always log out when your session ends.

96xb processes financial transactions through popular mobile banking and bank transfer methods available in Bangladesh.

4.1 Deposits

Deposited amounts are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please notify 96xb support.

• Only use payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.
• If a deposit is unsuccessful, the funds will be returned to your payment method — they will not be held by 96xb.
• 96xb does not charge any additional fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

Your account verification must be completed before you can make a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests can only be made to the same payment method you used to deposit.

• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see Section 5 for details).
• Withdrawals may be delayed or held if KYC verification is incomplete.
• 96xb reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending investigation if fraudulent activity is suspected.
• If there is a delay due to an urgent matter, the 96xb support team will notify you in advance.

96xb offers various bonuses and promotional offers for its members. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus. To withdraw the total ৳2,500, you must complete ৳50,000 (20x) in bets.

• The welcome bonus can be claimed once per account only.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days — the expiry date will be stated on each specific offer.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn if the wagering requirements have not been met.

5.2 VIP Cashback Program

96xb's VIP program has four tiers, with weekly cashback applicable at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on your gaming activity and engagement on the platform. 96xb reserves the right to set the criteria for moving up or down VIP tiers.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus benefits are abused, bonuses are claimed through multiple accounts, or an attempt is made to collect bonuses through fraudulent means, 96xb reserves the right to cancel all bonuses and related winnings and close the account.

All games and betting activities on 96xb are governed by the following rules:

• Once confirmed, all bets cannot be changed or cancelled unless 96xb specifically approves it.
• 96xb reserves the right to correct any payouts or results that were incorrectly issued due to a technical error.
• In sports betting, results are determined from official sources and 96xb's decision is final.
• If a connection is lost during a live game, 96xb will attempt to automatically save the game state, though no guarantee can be given.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits will be displayed separately for each game.

6.1 Cricket Betting

Betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and other international cricket matches. If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will generally be considered void and stakes returned, unless otherwise specified under particular terms.

6.2 Live Casino and Slots

Live casino and slot games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The result of each round is completely independent and not influenced by previous results. 96xb regularly tests its game systems to ensure fair play.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 96xb and may result in account closure as well as legal action:

• Using the platform for money laundering or fraud.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.

• Creating an account using false identification or information.

96xb reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• If evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity is found.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is provided.
• In accordance with a court order or directive from a regulatory authority.

8.1 Account Closure at the User's Request

You may request account closure at any time via 24/7 live chat or email. Before the account is closed, any pending bets will be settled and you will be given the opportunity to withdraw your valid balance.

Even if any clause of these terms is considered invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully effective. This agreement governs the entire relationship between 96xb and the user and supersedes any previous oral or written agreements.
